How to use the protection tools
Each tool is easy to use and stays in your control.
How to set a deposit limit
After logging in to your account, go to the Account Settings section and click the "Responsible Gaming" option. Set your daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits there. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.
How to take a time-out
Using the time-out feature, you can pause play for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account. Once the time-out ends, your account is reactivated automatically.
Self-exclusion process
To self-exclude, contact our live chat support directly or send an email to [email protected]. Choose from a 6-month, 1-year, or permanent self-exclusion. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no promotional communications will be sent.
Reviewing gaming history
From the "Transaction History" and "Betting History" sections in your account panel, you can view all past activity. Reviewing this information regularly helps you understand how much time and money you are spending.
Reality Check
A notification will appear on screen at set intervals, letting you know how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the session. This helps keep you aware.
Warning signs of problem gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, it is time to seek help.
Thinking about placing more bets to win back money that was lost
Lying to or hiding things from family in order to gamble
Gambling with money meant for essential expenses
Wanting to stop playing but being unable to, or failing repeatedly
Relationships with family, friends, or work deteriorating because of gambling
Feeling anxious, restless, or stressed when unable to play
Gambling by taking on debt or breaking into savings
Feeling the need to place increasingly larger bets to get the excitement of winning
Remember: seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it takes courage. The sooner you seek help, the easier recovery will be. 4567ee's support team is always ready to listen to you in Bengali.
Core principles of responsible gaming
Following these guidelines will keep your gaming experience enjoyable and safe.
💡 Set a budget
Before you start playing, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend that day. Do not go beyond this budget, even when on a winning streak. Once the budget is used up, end the session.
⏰ Control your time
Set a fixed time limit before you start playing. Playing for long stretches reduces focus and increases the chance of poor decisions. Take a short break every hour.
🧘 Do not play under stress
Never sit down to play when you are angry, sad, frustrated, or under mental stress. When your mental state is off, judgment suffers and the risk of greater losses rises.
🎯 Keep entertainment as the goal
Never think of gambling or betting as a source of income. It is entertainment only. Every bet is for fun — not in the expectation of profit. Keeping this mindset makes gaming enjoyable.
